Abubuwan dake kara ruwan maniyyi

Abubuwan da ke kara yawan ruwan maniyyi na namiji suna da alaka da abinci, salon rayuwa, da kuma yanayin kiwon lafiya.

Ga wasu hanyoyi da abubuwan da za su iya taimakawa wajen kara yawan maniyyi:

Abinci

  1. Abinci mai Omega-3: Abinci kamar kifi mai kitse (salmon, mackerel), tsaba (chia seeds, flax seeds) da kwakwa suna da Omega-3 wanda yake da muhimmanci ga lafiyar maniyyi.
  2. Abinci mai Zinc: Zinc yana taka muhimmiyar rawa wajen samar da maniyyi. Abinci mai yawan zinc sun hada da naman sa, kifi, dangin Aya (nuts), kwai, da waken soya.
  3. Fruits da kayan marmari: Saboda suna dauke da bitamin C da antioxidants, sun taimaka wajen kare maniyyin daga lalacewa. Misalai sun hada da kankana, Ayaba, tufa, da strawberries.
  4. Abinci mai Folic Acid: Wannan sinadari na taimakawa wajen samar da kwayoyin maniyyi masu inganci. Ana samun folic acid a cikin wake, barkono, da kayan lambu masu launin kore.
  5. Bitamin E: Wannan sinadari yana taimakawa wajen inganta lafiyar maniyyi. Ana samun bitamin E a cikin gyada, kwakwa, da mai na itacen zaitun.
  6. Bitamin D: Samun isasshen bitamin D yana da tasiri ga samar da maniyyi. Za a iya samun wannan sinadari ta hanyar daukar rana ko kuma daga kayan abinci kamar kifi mai kitse da madara mai bitamin D.

  2. Zafi mai yawa: Tsayawa a wurare masu zafi ko amfani da wurare masu zafi kamar makera,dakin girki, kusa da janarera duk suna iya rage yawan maniyyi. Kula da yanayin zafi yana da muhimmanci.
