Addu’ar yayewar damuwa

Addu’a tana da matukar muhimmanci a rayuwar Musulmi, musamman wajen neman sauki daga damuwa da sauran matsaloli.

Ga wasu addu’o’in da ake karantawa don samun sauki daga damuwa da kuma neman taimakon Allah (SWT):

Addu’a 1: Addu’ar Annabi Yunus (AS)

Wannan addu’ar an fi yinta lokacin da mutum yake cikin damuwa ko wani hali na wahala. Wannan addu’a tana cikin Suratul Anbiya’i, aya ta 87:

“Lā ilāha illā anta subḥānaka inni kuntu minaẓ-ẓālimīn.”
(Ba wani abin bautawa sai Kai, Ka kasance Mai tsarki; hakika ni na kasance cikin azzalumai.)

Addu’a 2: Addu’ar neman saukin damuwa

Wannan addu’a an karantar da ita ga Sahabbai daga Annabi Muhammad (SAW) domin samun sauki daga damuwa da kuma baƙin ciki:

Karanta Wannan  Addu ar haddace karatu

“Allāhumma innī a‘ūdhu bika minal-hammi wal-ḥazani wal-‘ajzi wal-kasali wal-bukhli wal-jubni wa ḍala‘iddaini wa ghalabatir-rijāl.”
(Ya Allah, ina neman tsari daga gare Ka daga damuwa da bakin ciki, rauni da kasala, rowa da tsoro, yawan bashi da kuma rinjayen mutane.)

Addu’a 3: Addu’ar neman shiriya da sauki

Wannan addu’a na daga cikin addu’o’in da Annabi Muhammad (SAW) ya koyar da Sahabbai:

“Allāhumma inni as’aluka bi’anna lakal-ḥamdu lā ilāha illā anta al-Ḥannānul-Mannān, badī‘us-samāwāti wal-arḍ, yā dhul-jalāli wal-ikrām, yā ḥayyu yā qayyūm, as’aluka…”
(Ya Allah, ina roƙonka saboda abin godiya gare Ka, ba wani abin bautawa sai Kai, Mai rahama, Mai kyauta, Mahaliccin sammai da ƙasa, Ma’abocin girma da ɗaukaka, Ya Rayayye, Ya Mai kula da komai. Ina roƙonka…)

Addu’a 4: Addu’ar neman karfin zuciya

Wannan addu’a na taimakawa wajen samun karfin zuciya da kuma kwanciyar hankali:

Karanta Wannan  Addu’ar neman gafara ga mamaci

“Allāhumma inni as’aluka thawāba ṣ-ṣābirīn, wa-‘amala sh-shākirīn, wa-tarākal-khā’ifīn, wa-ḥaqa-iqa al-‘ābidīn.”
(Ya Allah, ina roƙonka ladan masu hakuri, aiki na masu godiya, kyale na masu tsoro, da kuma gaskiyar masu bauta.)

Shawarwari

  • Karatun Al-Qur’ani: Karatun Al-Qur’ani yana da matukar amfani wajen samun sauki daga damuwa.
  • Karanta surorin da suke kara imaninka da kwanciyar hankali, kamar Suratul Fatiha, Suratul Baqara, Suratul Yasin, da Suratul Rahman.
  • Istigfari: Neman gafara daga Allah (SWT) yana taimakawa wajen samun sauki daga damuwa da sauran matsaloli. Karanta Astaghfirullaha Rabbi min kulli zambiyun wa atubu ilaihi akai-akai.
  • Sallah: Yin sallah akai-akai da kuma yin nafila yana taimakawa wajen samun kwanciyar hankali da jin sauki daga damuwa.
Karanta Wannan  Addu 'ar samun basira

Ka tuna cewa duk wata matsala tana tare da sauki, kuma rokon Allah da zuciya ɗaya zai taimaka wajen samun sauki da kwanciyar hankali.
