Alamomin hawan jini

A mafi yawan lokuta, hawan jini baya nuna wata alama da zata tabbatar mutum ya kamu dashi. Saidai yana kara hadarin kamuwa da cutar zuciya, Shanyewar rabin jiki, da sauran matsaloli masu yawa.

Menene Hawan Jini?

Hawan Jini yana nufin idan jinin mutum ya taru yayi yawa fiye da yanda ya kamata, wanda hakan zai sa Zuciyar mutum ta yi aiki fiye da yanda ya kamata.

Hawan jini, wanda aka fi sani da “high blood pressure” a Turance, yanayi ne da ake samun karuwar matsa lamba na jini a jikin mutum.

Wannan yanayi na iya zama mai hadari domin yana iya haifar da matsaloli masu yawa kamar su bugun zuciya, bugun jini (stroke), da sauran matsalolin lafiyar zuciya.

Ana auna hawan jini ta hanyar amfani da lambobi biyu, wanda ake kira systolic (lambobin farko) da diastolic (lambobin ƙarshe).

Idan lambobin sun kai ko suka haura 140/90 mmHg, ana ɗaukar mutum yana da hawan jini.

Hawan jini (high blood pressure) yana da alaƙa da dalilai da dama, waɗanda suka haɗa da halaye na rayuwa, kwayoyin halitta, da wasu cututtuka. Ga wasu daga cikin dalilan da ka iya jawo hawan jini:

  1. Halayen Rayuwa:
  • Abinci: Cin abinci mai ɗauke da yawan gishiri, mai, da yawan sikari na iya ƙara matsa lamba na jini.
  • Kiba: Yawan nauyi na jiki (obesity) na iya haifar da hawan jini.
  • Lack of Physical Activity: Rashin motsa jiki na iya haifar da karuwar hawan jini.
  • Shan Taba da Giya: Wadannan abubuwan na kara haɗarin kamuwa da hawan jini.
  1. Kwayoyin Halitta da Tarihin Iyali:
  • Idan akwai masu hawan jini a cikin iyalinka, kana da ƙarin haɗari na kamuwa da wannan yanayi.
  1. Ciwon Suga (Diabetes):
  • Mutane masu ciwon suga suna da yawan kamuwa da hawan jini.
  1. Shekaru:
  • Matsalar hawan jini na ƙaruwa da shekaru.
  1. Ciwon Zuciya da Koda:
  • Wasu matsalolin lafiyar zuciya da koda na iya haifar da hawan jini.

Alamomi:
A mafi yawancin lokuta, hawan jini baya nuna alamomi sai dai idan ya yi tsanani sosai. Idan alamomi sun bayyana, na iya haɗawa da:

  • Jin ciwon kai mai tsanani.
  • Zazzabi mai tsanani.
  • Jin kasala ko gajiya sosai.
  • Ciwon kirji.
  • Wahalar numfashi.
  • Ciwon kunne.

Magani da Rigakafi:

  • Rage cin gishiri da abinci mai kitse.
  • Yin motsa jiki a kai a kai.
  • Hana shan taba da giya.
  • Kula da nauyi ta hanyar cin abinci mai kyau da motsa jiki.
  • Shiga wajen duba lafiyar jini a kai a kai.

Hawan jini yanayi ne mai tsanani wanda ya kamata a dauki mataki don magance shi, domin yana iya haifar da matsaloli masu tsanani a jiki.
