Danyen kwai yana kara kiba

A kimiyyar Lafiya, danyen Kwai baya kara kiba, maimakon amfani,shan danyen kwai zai iya haifar da matsalar lafiya.

Wani abu da ba kowa ya sani ba shine, dafaffen kwai wanda aka tafasa,yafi danyen kwai yawan sinadaran protein.

Abinda aka sani game da cin kwai dan kara lafiyar jiki shine a rika cin guda daya ko biyu a kullun.

Shan danyen kwai yana da hadarin sanya cutar amai da gudawa, Zazzabi da ciwon gabobi.

Dan haka idan neman kiba ake wajan shan danyen kwai a dena.

Akwai kayan abinci da yawa da ake amfani dasu dan samun kiba ta hanyar lafiya maimakon shan danyen kwai me hadari.
