Amfanin Ganyen Mangoro da Albasa

Ganyen mangoro da albasa suna da matukar amfani wajen kara lafiyar jiki, kuma suna daga cikin kayan abinci da magunguna na gargajiya da ake amfani da su a yawancin al’adu. A cikin wannan rubutu, za mu tattauna amfanin ganyen mangoro da albasa ga lafiyar jiki.

Amfanin Ganyen Mangoro

Ganyen mangoro suna da amfani da yawa wajen inganta lafiya. Ga wasu daga cikin amfaninsu:

  1. Yanka Albasa: Yanka albasa cikin kanana kanana.
  2. Hada da Zuma: A hada albasa da zuma a cikin kwano sannan a barshi na tsawon awanni 12.
  3. Sha Hadin: Ana iya sha a safiya da yamma domin samun kuzari da inganta lafiya.

Kammalawa

Ganyen mangoro da albasa suna dauke da sinadarai masu amfani da ke taimakawa wajen inganta lafiyar jiki. Duk da cewa suna da matukar amfani, yana da kyau a tuntubi likita kafin fara amfani da su musamman ga masu fama da cututtuka na musamman.
