Yadda ake cincin din kwakwa

Don yin cincin din kwakwa, ga matakan da zaka bi:

Abubuwan da ake bukata:

  • Kwakwa guda 1
  • Zuma ko sikari
  • Gishiri
  • Man gyada ko man sunflower
  • Kwano
  • Fulawa
  • Farin kwai (egg white) – idan kana so
  • Ganyen kori ko cilantro don ƙamshi, idan ana so

Matakan Hadawa:

  1. Fara da kwakwa:
  • Fashe kwakwa ka zubar da ruwan kwakwar.
  • Cire kwakwar daga cikin ƙwanson ta.
  • Ki yayyanka kwakwar zuwa ƙananan pieces, sannan ki markade su a blender ko grinder har sai sun yi laushi, ko in ana iyawa a daka.
  1. Shirya Butter:
  • A cikin kwano, haɗa markadadden kwakwa da fulawa.
  • Sai a ƙara zuma ko sikari gwargwadon ɗanɗano.
  • Idan kina so, ƙara farin kwai (egg white) don ya haɗa butter ɗin sosai.
  • Ƙara ɗan gishiri.
  • Idan kina son ƙarin ɗanɗano, zaki iya ƙara ganyen kori ko cilantro.
  1. Soyawa:
  • A dafa mai (man gyada ko man sunflower) a cikin kwanon soya ya kai matsakaicin zafi.
  • Yi amfani da cokali don ɗauko butter ɗin kwakwa da muka hada a sama sannan a zuba a cikin mai mai zafi.
  • A soyashi har sai ya juya launin ruwan zinariya ko baki ya danganta ga yanda ake sonshi.
  1. Cirewa da ajiyewa:
  • Da zarar ya soyu sosai a cire shi daga mai a saka cikin kwanon da aka tanada
  • A bari ya huce.

Cincin din kwakwa za’a iya ci da shayi, koko, ko kuma kowane irin abin sha da kake so. Yana da kyau sosai kuma yana da dandano mai dadi.
