Amfanin toka a hammata

Toka na da amfani sosai wajan gyara hammata da hanata wari.

Ana amfani da Toka da Lemun tsami wajan tsaftace hammata dan hanata wari da zufa kuma wannan dabarace da aka yi amfani da ita shekaru aru-aru da suka gabata.

Ga yanda ake yi kamar haka:

Ana samun lemun tsami.

Sannan a samu Toka ta itace ko gawayi.

A tace tokar sannan a matse lemun tsamin a cikinta, a kwaba, sannan a shafa a hamatar.

A bari yayi kamar minti biyar sannan a wanke. Ana iya yin hakan sau 2 a sati.

Saidai idan bai karbi fatar ki ba a dakata amfani dashi, misali idan yana sanya yawan kaikai a hamatar ko yana kawo kuraje.

Sai a daina a yi amfami da sauran dabarun tsaftace hamata na kasa:

GA HANYOYIN KAMAR HAKA

AMFANI DA MAN KWA-KWA:

HANYOYI GOMA (10) WANDA ZA A BI DON GYARAN JIKI

3⃣- Ana amfani da zuma mai kyau domin samun fuska mai santsi da laushi. Ana shafawa a fuska a jira na tsawon mintuna goma sha biyar (15) zuwa ashirin (20) sannan a wanke da ruwan dumi. A gwada wannan hadin sau daya ma a sati za a ga canji.

4⃣- Ana amfani da ruwan amfuna da ruwa ana wanke kai. Yin hakan na cire dattin da ke makale a gefen gashin kai.

5⃣- Domin masu yawan shafe-shafe za su iya yanka lemon tsami biyu sai su rika shafawa a inda ya yi duhu. Yin hakan a kullum na haskaka bakin da ya bayyana a wasu gabbai ko sassan fata.

5⃣- Domin samun fatar jiki mai sulbi, za a iya amfani da man zaitun da gishirin rafi a kwaba sai a rika dirzawa a fatar jiki a kalla sau uku a sati.

6⃣- Man kwa-kwa na matukar gyaran zubewar gashin ka. Za a iya shafa man kwa-kwa a fatar ka, sannan a shafa a jikin gashin. A bari ya jima kamar na awa daya sannan a wanke.

7⃣- Maza masu son man gyaran gemu, za su iya amfani da man kwa-kwa.

8⃣- A samu lemon tsami sannan a zuba zuma a kai. Sannan a rika shafawa a kan kurajen fuska. Yin hakan na kashe su sosai.

9⃣- Man zaitun na sanya santsin fata idan an kasance ana yawaita shafa shi a koda yaushe a matsayin man fata
