Amfanin albasa da tafarnuwa

Albasa da tafarnuwa suna da matukar amfani ga lafiya kuma suna da fa’ida mai yawa. Ga wasu daga cikin amfaninsu:

Amfanin Albasa:

  1. Inganta Koshin Lafiyar Zuciya: Albasa na dauke da antioxidants da ke taimakawa wajen rage cholesterol mai cutarwa (LDL) da kuma kara yawan cholesterol mai kyau (HDL), wanda ke taimakawa wajen kare zuciya daga cututtuka.

  • Ruwan Tafarnuwa: A matsa tafarnuwa a hada da ruwa ko zuma a sha.
  • Inhalation: Ana iya tafasa tafarnuwa ko albasa a cikin ruwa sannan a shaka tururinsu don rage cunkoson sanyi a hanci.
