Amfanin ridi

Ridi (sesame seeds) yana da fa’idodi da yawa na kiwon lafiya.

Ga wasu daga cikinsu:

  1. Abin da ke ciki mai gina jiki: Ridi yana dauke da kwayoyin gina jiki masu yawa kamar su furotin, me mai lafiya, fiber, da vitamins kamar Vitamin B da E.
  2. Karin makamashi: Yana samar da makamashi ga jiki saboda yawan kwayoyin gina jiki da mai da ke cikinsa.
  3. Kariyar zuciya: Yana taimakawa wajen rage yawan cholesterol a jiki, wanda ke taimakawa wajen kariyar zuciya da lafiyar jini.
  4. Kula da fatar jiki: Yawan antioxidants da Vitamin E da ke cikin ridi na taimakawa wajen kula da fata da kuma hana tsufa da wuri.
