Hadin tsawon gashi

Akwai hanyoyi da dama da mata za su bi domin samar da gashin kai mai tsawo.

Abu ne mai sauki.

Mata da dama suna son ganin kansu da gashi mai tsayi kamar na Indiya. Gashi na daya daga cikin ababen da ke dada wa mace kyau don haka, ya kamata mu kula da gashinmu sosai. Wannan hadin da zan rubuto muku na dada wa gashi maiko , wato yana hana gashi karyewa da sanya shi tsayi da laushi.

Ina son a san cewa wannan hadin akan yi shi ne kamar sau biyu a wata. Idan mutum ya kasance mai yin wani hadi ne daban wanda ba wannan ba, ba ya kamata ana hada wannan salon gyaran gashi da wani daban in ba haka ba, sai a ga kwalliya ba ta biya kudin sabulu ba.

A zuba cokalin amla biyu a roba.

A sanya cokalin ruwan dumi kamar 2-3.
A juya hadin har sai sun cakudu da juna.
A taje gashi kafin a shafa wannan hadin a fatar kai.
A jira na tsawon minti 30.
A wanke kai da man wanke gashi (shampoo).

Amfani da man kwakwa; man kwakwa na sanya gashi laushi da tsayi da kuma santsi. Yana da kyau a rika shafa shi a gashin kai duk lokacin da za a yi kitso ko kuma a rika gauraya shi a cikin man kitso.
Man zaitun; wannan man na da mahimmanci sosai a jiki baki daya. Sannan kuma yana sanya gashi santsi da baki. Yana kuma rage furfura a gashi da kuma sanya gashi tsayi da baki da sheki da kuma kyau.
