Maganin yawan tusa

Cin abincin dake da wahalar narkewa ko shan wasu kalar magunguna na sa a rika yin tusa da yawa.

Maganin Yawan Tusa:

Babban maganin yawan tusa shine ka lura da irin abincin da idan kaci yake sa ka yawan tusa ka daina cinsa.
