Amfanin man zaitun

Man zaitun yana da yawan amfani ga lafiya saboda sinadarai masu gina jiki da ke cikinsa.

Ga wasu daga cikin manyan amfanin man zaitun:

  1. Inganta lafiyar zuciya: Man zaitun yana dauke da sinadarai masu taimakawa wajen rage LDL cholesterol (cholesterol mara kyau) da kuma kara HDL cholesterol (cholesterol mai kyau). Wannan yana taimakawa wajen rage haɗarin cututtukan zuciya da bugun jini.

Duk da haka, kamar kowane abu mai gina jiki, yana da kyau a ci daidai gwargwado don samun amfaninsa ba tare da samun matsala ba.
