Yadda ake sarrafa ridi

Ana sarrafa ridi ta hanyoyi daban-daban:

Misali ana yinsa da sugar wanda ake cewa Kantu.

Ana kuma iya cinsa danye ma duk ba matsala bane.

Ana gasa Ridi ko a soyashi.

Ana kuma barbadashi akan abinci, kamar Burodi, Dubulan, da sauransu.

Ana kuma yin miyar ridi.

Ana tsaftaceshi a yi garinshi a rika barbadawa a abinci.

Ana yin madararshi.

Ana sarrafashi a yi mai a rika amfani dashi wajan shafawa ko a abinci.

Domin Adana Ridi:

Sarrafa ridi (sesame) yana buƙatar wasu matakai masu sauƙi, ciki har da tsabtacewa, nika, da kuma tacewa.

Ga yadda ake yin sa:

  1. Tsabtacewa: Farko, a wanke ridi da ruwa mai tsafta don cire kwayoyin ƙasa da sauran datti. A iya amfani da ruwa mai yawa domin tabbatar da tsabtacewa sosai.
  2. Bushewa: Bayan an wanke, a baza ridi a wurin da rana ke haskawa sosai ko kuma a cikin injin bushewa har sai ya bushe sosai.
  3. Nika: A saka ridi cikin injin nika (blender) ko injin nika mai ƙarfi har sai ya zama gari. Idan ba’a da injin nika, a iya amfani da dutsen nika ko a kai wajan nika.
  4. Adanawa: Idan ana so, za’a iya zuba garin ridi ko man ridi a cikin kwanon ƙarfe ko filastik mai tsafta da rufin da ba zai bari iska ya shiga ba, don adanawa.
Karanta Wannan  Amfanin ridi

Wannan shi ne matakan sarrafa ridi. Akwai wasu hanyoyi daban-daban da mutane ke amfani da su bisa ga bukatunsu ko al’adunsu.
