Amfanin ridi da madara

Amfanin ridi (sesame) da madara (milk) yana da yawa ga lafiyar jiki.

Ga wasu daga cikin amfanin su:

Amfanin Ridi:

  1. Yana ƙara ƙarfin ƙashi: Ridi yana ɗauke da sinadarin calcium da ke taimakawa wajen gina ƙashi masu ƙarfi.
  2. Yana taimakawa wajen rage ƙiba: Yana ƙunshe da sinadaran fiber da antioxidants da ke taimakawa wajen rage nauyi.
  3. Kariya daga cututtuka: Ridi yana da sinadarai masu yawa da ke taimakawa wajen kariya daga cututtuka kamar su cutar zuciya da ciwon suga.
  4. Yana da sinadarin Vitamin E: Wannan sinadari yana taimakawa wajen inganta fata da kuma ƙwayoyin jiki.

Amfanin Madara:

  1. Ƙara ƙarfin ƙashi da hakora: Madara tana da sinadarin calcium da ke taimakawa wajen gina ƙashi da hakora masu ƙarfi.
  2. Ƙara ƙarfin garkuwar jiki: Madara tana da sinadarin Vitamin D da ke taimakawa wajen inganta garkuwar jiki.
  3. Inganta tsarin narkewar abinci: Madara tana taimakawa wajen inganta tsarin narkewar abinci saboda tana ɗauke da sinadaran probiotics.
  4. Ƙara ƙarfin jiki: Madara tana da sinadarai masu yawa kamar su proteins da fats da ke taimakawa wajen samar da kuzari ga jiki.
