Amfanin shan maniyyi

Shan maniyyi (sperm) bai da amfanin kiwon lafiya da aka tabbatar da shi a kimiyyance.

Duk da yake maniyyi na ɗauke da wasu ƙwayoyin gina jiki kamar su furotin, bitamin C, zinc, da sauransu, waɗannan ƙwayoyin gina jiki dake cikin maniyyi basu da yawan da za su iya samar da wani muhimmanci ko amfani ga lafiyar jiki idan an sha maniyyi.

Dole ne a kula da wasu abubuwa idan ana tunanin wannan dabi’a:

  1. Tsaro da lafiya: Maniyyi na iya ɗaukar cututtuka na saduwa (STIs) irin su kanjamau, Ciwon Sanyi, da sauransu idan namiji na dauke da wata cuta. Yana da muhimmanci a tabbatar da tsaron lafiyar jiki da mai yiwuwa mai dauke da maniyyi kafin yin wannan dabi’a.
  2. Tattaunawa da juna: Yana da muhimmanci ma’aurata su tattauna kan irin waɗannan dabi’u kuma su fahimci juna kafin su aikata wani abu da zai iya shafar dangantakar su.
  3. Gudanar da Lafiya: Idan akwai wasu damuwa ko tambayoyi kan lafiya ko tsaro, yana da kyau a tuntuɓi likita don samun ingantacciyar shawara, hakanan yan da kyau a tuntubi malamai dan jin abinda addini yace akan irin wannan dabi’a.

A takaice, babu wani amfanin shan maniyyi da aka tabbatar da shi ga kiwon lafiya, kuma yana da muhimmanci a kula da tsabta da lafiya idan za a yi wannan dabi’a.
