Ƙungiyar SERAP mai fafutukar yaƙi da cin hanci a Najeriya ta yi kira ga Shugaba Tinubu da ya hana ministan babban birnin tarayya, Abuja, Nyesom Wike da gwamnonin ƙasar 36, daga karɓe iko da aikin hukumar kula da harkokin shari’a ta Najeriya, (NJC), da shugabannin kotuna ta hanyar bai wa alƙalai motoci da gidaje.
SERAP ta ce, waɗannan abubuwa ƙarara sun saɓa wa tanade-tanaden manufofi da ke ƙunshe a kundin tsarin mulki na rabon iko tsakanin ɓangarorin gwamnati da kuma tsarin bin doka, kuma hakan zai sa a riƙa kallon ɓangaren shari’a a matsayin kamar wanda yake ƙarƙashin ɓangaren zartarwa.
A wata wasiƙa ta ankararwa da mataimakin darektan ƙungiyar, Kolawole Oluwadare, ya fitar a jiya Asabar, ya ce, kamata ya yi ‘yansiyasa su nesanta kansu da ɓangaren shari’a, kuma su mutunta tare da kare gaskiya da mutunci da ‘yancin ɓangaren.
Ya ƙara da cewa: “Dole ne ‘yansiyasa su riƙa ɗaukar alƙalai da mutunci da kamala.”
Ƙungiyar ta ce ɓangaren shari’a ba a ƙarƙashin ikon ɓangaren zartaraw yake ba ba kuma a ƙarƙashin ikon majalisar dokoki yake ba.
SERAP ta yi kwafin wasiƙar ga babbar jami’ar kare ƴancin ɗan’Adam ta Majalisar Ɗinkin Duniya kan ‘yancin alƙalai da lauyoyi, Ms. Margaret Satterthwaite.
