Abincin dake sa kiba, Karin kiba cikin sauri

Kuna neman kiba da kuma kara nauyi ta hanyat da bata da ill? A nan zamu zayyano muku kalar abincin da idan kuna ci zaku kara kiba kuma jikinku yayi kyau.

Abincin dake sa kiba

  • Ruwan kwakwa: Ruwan kwakwa kofi daya a kullun zai sa mutum yayi kiba kuma ya sami nauyin jiki.
  • Yagwat(Yogurt): Shan Yagwat me kyau na sa kiba da kuma gyara jiki.
  • Fruit salad: Hada kayan marmari waje daya a yi juice dinsu yana sanya a samu kiba me kyau.
  • Ice cream.
  • Pizza
  • Doughnuts
  • Potato chips
  • Chocolate
  • Soyayyen dankalin turawa.
  • Burger
  • Fried rice
  • Kaji
  • Kwai
  • Talo-talo

Karin kiba cikin sauri

Idan kuma ana neman karin kiba cikin sauri to ga abincin da za’a rika ci. Saidai a kiyaye shan magani, saboda yawanci wuna da illa.

Karin kiba cikin sauri:

  • Makroni ko Taliya
  • Biredi
  • Gyada, Gujiya, ‘ya’yan Kabewa.
  • Avocado.
  • Yawaita shan lemun kwalba.
  • Shinkafa.
  • Man Zaitun
  • Ayaba
  • Nama, cin nama sosai yana kawo kiba da sauri.
  • Cin kifi ma sosai na kawo kiba da sauri.

Karin bayani:

Saidai idan ana cin irin wadannan abubuwa, ya kamata a kiyaye a rika motsa jiki. Sannan a rika samin isashshen bacci.
