Amfanin Farar Albasa

Farar albasa tana da matukar amfani wajen inganta lafiyar jiki saboda sinadaran da take dauke da su. Ga wasu daga cikin manyan amfaninta:

1. Inganta Lafiyar Zuciya

Farar albasa na dauke da sinadarai kamar flavonoids da antioxidants wadanda ke taimakawa wajen rage yawan cholesterol a jini. Wannan na taimakawa wajen kare zuciya daga cututtuka kamar su ciwon zuciya da hawan jini.
