Amfanin zuma da madara

Haɗin zuma da madara yana da amfanoni da yawa ga lafiyar jiki.

Ga wasu daga cikin su:

  1. Inganta Barci: Shan zuma da madara kafin kwanciya barci na taimakawa wajen samun ingantaccen barci. Madara na ɗauke da tryptophan, wanda ke taimakawa wajen samar da serotonin da melatonin, sinadaran da ke bada natsuwa da sa barci. Zuma kuma na taimakawa wajen ɗaga matakin insulin, wanda ke taimakawa tryptophan ya shiga kwakwalwa cikin sauƙi.
  2. Ƙara Ƙarfi: Madara na dauke da sinadaran protein da ƙwayoyin gina jiki, yayin da zuma ke bada ƙarfin kuzari mai saurin shiga jiki. Wannan haɗin na taimakawa wajen samun ƙarfin jiki, musamman ga masu yin wasanni ko aikin karfi.
