Menene maganin ciwon damuwa

Babbar Hanyar da masana suka ce ana iya magance damuwa da ita shine motsa ciki.

Motsa ciki na da matukar tasiri sosai wajan magance matsalar damuwa, ko da kuwa tafiyace ta mintina 30 ko 5 ma ta isa a kullun.
