Amfanin Zuma

Amfanin zuma ya haɗa da:

  1. Ƙarfafa garkuwar jiki: Zuma na dauke da sinadaran antioxidants masu yawa, wadanda ke taimakawa wajen kara karfin garkuwar jiki.
  2. Rage kumburi: Ana amfani da zuma wajen rage kumburi da raunuka saboda tana dauke da sinadaran da ke taimakawa wajen warkar da raunuka da kumburi.
  3. Magance cututtukan fata: Ana amfani da zuma wajen magance cututtukan fata kamar kuraje da sauran matsaloli na fata.
