Hanyoyin kara kiba

Kara kiba musamman me tsabta ba wadda zata wuce kima ba na da kyau.

Saboda rama wadda ta wuce kima na iya zama matsala wadda zata sa ka rasa abubuwan kariya na jiki da zasu iya kaiwa ga raguwar karfin jiki ta yanda zaka rika karyewa cikin sauki.
