Addu’ar ciwon kirji

Ga addu’o’i da za a iya karantawa don neman sauki daga ciwon kirji:

Addu’a 1

Addu’a daga cikin hadisin da aka rawaito daga Annabi Muhammad (SAW):

“Bismillāh (Bisimillāhi), A‘ūdhu bi‘izzatillāhi wa qudratihi min sharri mā ajidu wa uhādhir.”
(Da sunan Allah, ina neman tsari da izzar Allah da ikonsa daga sharri abin da nake ji da abin da nake tsoro.)

Addu’a 2

Wannan addu’a ta kunshi ambaton sunan Allah (SWT) domin neman waraka daga ciwo:

“As’alu Allāha al-‘Aẓīma Rabbal-‘arshil-‘aẓīmi an yashfiyak.”
(Ina roƙon Allah Mai girma, Ubangijin Al’arshi Mai girma, ya warkar da kai.)

Addu’a 3

Addu’a daga cikin Suratul-Falaq da Suratun-Nas (Qur’ani, Suratul Falaq da Suratun Nas). Karanta su akai-akai don neman kariya da waraka:

Karanta Wannan  Addu 'ar samun basira

“Qul a‘ūdhu birabbil-falaq, min sharri mā khalaq, wa min sharri ghāsiqin idhā waqab, wa min sharri an-naffāthāti fil-‘uqad, wa min sharri ḥāsidin idhā ḥasad.”
(Ka ce: Ina neman tsari ga Ubangijin alfijir, daga sharri abin da Ya halitta, da sharri duhu idan ya riski kowane abu, da sharri mayu-mayu da suke hura a kan ƙullin tsafi, da sharri mai hassada idan ya yi hassada.)

“Qul a‘ūdhu birabbin-nās, malikin-nās, ilāhin-nās, min sharril-waswāsil-khannās, alladhī yuwaswisu fī ṣudūrin-nās, minal-jinnati wan-nās.”
(Ka ce: Ina neman tsari ga Ubangijin mutane, Sarkin mutane, Abin bautawar mutane, daga sharri mai sanya wasiwasi, wanda yake buya, wanda yake sanya wasiwasi a cikin zukatan mutane, daga aljannu da mutane.)

Shawarwari

  • Neman Magani: Yana da muhimmanci ka tuntubi likita idan kana fama da ciwon kirji, domin ciwon kirji na iya zama alama ta wata cuta mai tsanani.
  • Karatun Al-Qur’ani: Karanta surori da ayoyi daga Al-Qur’ani yana taimakawa wajen samun sauki da natsuwa. Misali, karanta Suratul Fatiha da Suratul Ikhlas.
  • Rokon Allah da Dukkan Zuciya: Rokon Allah cikin tawali’u da cika zukata da imani yana taimakawa wajen samun sauki da waraka daga kowanne irin ciwo.
Karanta Wannan  Yadda ake ma Allah kirari

Ka yi amanna da cewa Allah (SWT) ne Mai bayar da lafiya, kuma ka dogara ga shi a kowane hali.
