Amfanin bawon kwai

Bawon kwai yana da amfani sosai a jiki wanda idan kasan amfaninsa, daga yau ba zaka kara yadda shi a bola ba.

Hakan zai rage dattin da ake tarawa a dakin girki.

Ko kunsan cewa, bawon kwai yana bayar da abinda ake cewa Calcium wanda sinadarine dake kara karfin kashi da hakora wanda ke baiwa mutum kuzari sosai.

Neman shawarar Likita zai taimaka wajan amfani da bawon kwai
