Maganin rage tumbi

Maganin rage kiba wanda bashi da illa a hankali ake samun sa, mafi yawan abubuwan rage kiba na dare daya suna illa sosai.

Ga hanyoyin da ake bu wajan rage kiba ba tare da shan magani ba:

Yawan shan giya na daya daga cikin hanyoyin dake sa mutum ya samu tumbi da yin kiba wadda ta wuce misali.

A rika yin Azumi nan da can: Ko da a addini,akwai masu yin azumin litinin da Alhamis, to a likitance ma yin azumi nan da can yana da matukar amfani musamman ga masu son rage kiba da tumbi.
