Sau nawa ake jima’i: Sau nawa ya kamata ayi jima’i

Wani bincike ya nuna cewa yin jima’i sau daya a sati yana baiwa ma’aurata natsuwa.

Hakanan kuma wasu masana halittar dan adam sun bayyana cewa, yin jima’i kasa da sau 10 a shekara na nufin cewa ma’aurata na cikin auren da babu jima’i, watau hakan yayi kadan matuka.

Ya zamana ya hana ka yin ayyukan ci gaban rayuwarka.

Yana sa al’aurar mutum na zafi ko kaikai.

Ko kuma idan ya zamana daya daga cikin ma’auratan baya son a yi jima’in.

Abubuwan karin lafiya 14 da Jima’i ke sawa:

  1. Yana kara karfin Sha’awa
  2. Yana kara farin ciki.
  3. Yana karawa mace ni’ima
  4. Yana taimakawa mata wajan rike fitsari.
  5. Yana taimakawa wajan kara garkuwar jiki.
  6. Yana taimakawa wajan rage kiba.
  7. Yana saukar da hawan jini.
  8. Yana kawar da hadarin bugun zuciya dake kai ga mutuwa.
  9. Yana rage samun gwaiwa ga maza.
  10. Yana taimakawa wajan samun bacci me kyau.
  11. Yana taimakawa wajan rage mantuwa.
  12. Yana rage zafin jiki.
  13. Yana rage gajiya.
