Me ya sa gwamnatin Malaysia za ta hana amfani da motocin CNG?

Matakin da gwamnatin ƙasar Malaysia ta ɗauka cewa daga ranar 1 ga watan Yulin 2025 za ta daina amfani da motoci masu amfani da makamashin iskar gas na CNG ya haifar da fargaba a Najeriya.

A farkon makon nan ne ministan sufurin ƙasar, Loke Fook, ya bayyana haka a wani taron manema labarai a ƙasar.

Ya ce babban kamfanin mai na ƙasar zai hana sayar da makamashin na NGV (da ya ƙunshi CNG da LPG) a gidajen man da ake sayar da shi a faɗin Malaysia.

Mista Look ya ce an ɗauki matakin ne domin kare rayukan masu ababen hawa da sauran al’ummar ƙasar.

“Tankunan waɗannan motoci masu amfani da makamashin NGV a yanzu sun kai adadin shekarun da ya kamata a ce sun daina aiki, don haka dole mu sake su, saboda sun kai shekara 15 da aka saka wa motocin”.

An ɓullo da amfani da makamashin NGV a 1995, inda aka riƙa sauya wa motocin ƙasar har zuwa 2014.

Ministan ya ce akwai kimanin motoci 44,383 da ke amfani da makamashin NGV a faɗin ƙasar.

Ya ƙara da cewa gwamnati za ta ɓullo da wani shiri ga ƴan ƙasar masu amfani da makamashin domin taimaka musu sake mayar da motocinsu masu amfani da fetur.

Matakin ya haifar da cecekuce a Najeriya

Sai dai wannan mataki na gwamnatin Malaysia ya haifar da cecekuce a Najeriya, musamman ganin ya zo ne a daidai lokacin da gwamnatin ƙasar ke ƙara kiraye-kiraye ga masu ababen hawa su koma amfani da CNG, maimakon man fetur.

Gwamnatin Shugaba Tinubu ta jima tana tallata komawa amfani da makamashin CNG domin rashin illarsa ga muhalli, da kuma sauƙinsa fiye da fetur.

Sai dai wannan mataki na gwamnatin Malaysia ya ƙara haifar da shakku da fargaba a zukatan ƴan ƙasar, waɗanda tun faro dama suna ɗari-ɗari da matakin.

‘Yan Najeriya da dama sun riƙa bayyana mabambantan ra’ayoyi a shafukan sada zumunta game da batun.

Martanin gwamnatin Najeriya

A nata ɓangaren, gwamnatin Najeriya ta jaddada ƙudirinta na ci gaba da amfani da makamashin, wanda ta ce shi ne makamashi mafi inganci da ya dace ƙasar ta runguma.

Cikin wata sanarwa da kakakin shugaban ƙasar, Bayo Onanuga, ya wallafa a shafinsa na X ranar Alhamis ya ce matakin da Malaysia ta ɗauka kan LPG ne ba CNG ba.

“Gargaɗin da gwamnatin Malaysia ta yi kan matakan kariya ya shafi makamashin LPG ne ba CNG ba. A rahoton farko, ministan sufurin ya ce ‘akwai wasu masu motoci da ke amfani da makamashin LPG, wanda ke da hatsari'”, kamar yadda Onanuga ya bayyana.

“NGV ya haɗa duka CNG da LPG. A nata ɓangare, Najeriya ta ɗauki CNG ne kawai, ba duka ba, saboda ingancin kariya da yake da shi saɓanin LPG”, in ji Onanuga.

Onanuga ya ƙara da cewa: “Shirin gwamnatin Malaysia na mayar da motoci masu amfani da CNG bai samu karɓuwa ba, inda kashi 0.2 ne kawai suka mayar da motocinsu cikin shekara 15. Amma saɓanin Malaysia, ƙasashe irin su Indiya da China da Iran da Masar sun samu gagarumar nasarar shirin”.

Kakakin na shugaban Najeriya ya ce Malaysia ta fuskanci matsaloli wajen sauya tsoffin tankunan saboda rashn ƙera wadatattun tankunan, amma Najeriya a shekararta ta farko na fara amfani da makamashin ta magance wannan matsala.

Malaysia ta fara ɓullo da amfani da makamashin CNG ga masu tasi da motocin ɗaukar fasinjoji a filayen jiragen sama a ƙarshen shekarun 1990, yayin da Najeriya ta fara nata shirin CNG ɗin a 2024 don maye gubin amfani da man fetur.

A watan Agustan 2023 ne dai gwamnatin Shugaba Tinubu ta amince da ƙirƙiro da shirin shugaban ƙasa na mayar da motoci masu amfani da CNG, domin rage raɗadin da cire tallafin man fetur ya haifar a ƙasar.

Shirin ya bayyana cewa zuwa makon da muke ciki an samu nasarar mayar da motoci fiye da 100,000 zuwa amfani da makamashin na CNG.
